Pet Friendly House Rules

All breeds of dogs, cats and caged birds are welcome, but must be tick and flea-free on arrival. Dogs and cats may sleep inside if they are house trained, but one large outside kennel is also available for those pets that normally sleep outside. The garden is fully walled with a lockable gate, but the property may not be suitable for escape artists. Dogs can be taken for walks, subject to the local by-laws, in the adjoining nature area called Noorse kloof or for beach walks as the sea is less than 1 kilometer away. We don’t mind pets on the furniture as long as reasonable precautions have been taken that the pets are clean & dry and the furniture has been covered. (Some old towels and sheets are at hand for this purpose). Guests are requested to clean up after their animals on a daily basis.
